Public Works Grants fund the infrastructure needs of local units of government in order to support community and economic development.
Maximum grant award: $300,000 (The agency reserves the right to increase the grant amount.)
Eligibility: Priority projects are infrastructure and site work for a development including water, sewer, utility extensions, site improvements, and streets. Other eligible projects include shovel ready infrastructure upgrades, healthcare capital projects, and airport projects that support community and economic development.
