Community Business Partnership
Community Business Partnership grants provide funds to municipalities that can be used for loans to for-profit commercial business for property capital expenses.
Building renovations/expansions that can demonstrate job creation will be eligible. Eligible building renovation projects include: exterior improvements, energy improvements, rehabilitation of distressed properties, structural improvements, roof improvements, handicap accessibility, or other general improvements.
Maximum grant award: $150,000 (The agency reserves the right to increase the grant amount.)
Deadline: 2009-2010 Grants programs are pending. Please check back for updates. See below for last years guidelines.
